You can set up the general ledger accounts that mirror your accounting tool accounts, so each transaction processed within onCourse is charged to the correct account. The administrative staff who process enrolments, or students who enrol themselves online, create an invoice and payment records with each transaction. All credit card transactions are deposited daily into your chosen bank account ready for reconciliation.
