Pricing shaped around your organisation.

You want an arrangement that supports the programs you run today and the next step you have in mind. Start with your learners, expected activity, the teams involved and the help you need. We will set out the platform arrangement, getting-started work and any additional services so you can see what you are agreeing to.

Find the arrangement that fits the work.

Course programs, one institution and several participating institutions need different commercial and delivery conversations. All three arrangements use the established onCourse platform. Your proposal confirms the organisations, expected activity, services and support included.

Your platform arrangement

The onCourse platform is already built and maintained by ISH. Your proposal confirms the platform services, expected activity and ongoing support included in your arrangement.

Getting your organisation ready

We agree the information, settings, responsibilities, training and checks needed for your first courses, and set out the setup work and fees.

Work that needs its own scope

Where migration, additional system connections or shared capabilities are needed, we agree the work, responsibilities, checks and charges before it begins.

Your platform arrangement covers the agreed ongoing service. Getting-started work prepares your information, settings and team. Migration, additional system connections or shared capabilities may need their own scope.

For larger programs, we can discuss a subscription, an agreed activity-based component or a combination. Where activity forms part of the fee, the proposal defines what is counted and how it is measured.

Not-for-profit and community education

A conversation about making onCourse accessible.

Community organisations create opportunities to learn, build confidence and connect. We want to help that work reach more people.

If you run a not-for-profit or community education program, talk with us about your organisation’s scale, resources and support needs. We can explore a practical setup and commercial arrangement suited to your circumstances.

Any tailored fees, setup and support are agreed with you in writing.

Professional services

Choose the practical help your team needs.

Some teams need help preparing information and getting confident with everyday tasks. Others also need migration, a course website or connections with existing systems. We agree the work, responsibilities, checks and fees before it begins, with a useful first scope and clear decisions about what comes next.

  • Your onCourse setup

Set up your organisation on the established onCourse platform, starting with the courses, people and workflows you need first.

  • Data migration

Plan which records to bring across, map the information and agree the checks needed before your team starts using it.

  • Training for your team

Help staff build confidence in the tasks they actually do, with training shaped around their roles and agreed workflows.

  • Online enrolments and your website

Help learners find and book your courses with support for your course website, enrolment journey and checkout setup.

  • Integrations and workflow improvements

Explore connections with your existing systems and find where configuration or automation can reduce repeated work.

  • Support through change

Agree practical responsibilities, training and review points as your team starts using onCourse or extends how it works.
