Working with ISH

A clear path from understanding the work to running the service.

We begin with your objectives, people and operating processes. Together, we define what onCourse will support, what needs to connect and what successful delivery will look like.

  1. Understand and agree

Map the course journey, current systems, responsibilities and priorities. Establish the scope, dependencies and evidence needed for acceptance.

  2. Configure and connect

Set up the agreed workflows and customer experience. Develop and test the integrations and migration required for your implementation.

  3. Test and prepare

Validate the service against agreed criteria. Prepare administrators and support teams for everyday tasks, exceptions and escalation.

  4. Launch and learn

Agree the launch approach, support arrangements and review points. Use operational experience to identify improvements and help your people get more from the platform.

Trust should be supported by evidence.

Security, privacy, data handling and service continuity are part of the implementation conversation. We work with your team to establish requirements and identify the evidence relevant to the proposed service.

Talk with us about hosting and data location, access controls, payment handling, backup and recovery, service responsibilities and assurance information.
